Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy explains how returns and refunds work for our subscription boxes and one-off products.

Subscription Boxes

Our Grow Club subscription boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Each box is packed specially for you, and the contents change regularly. Because of this, returned boxes cannot be reused or resold.

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before your box is sent.

One-Off Products

For items purchased as a one-off order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in new condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • A tracking number and delivery confirmation must be supplied

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually issued within 1 business day after approval.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item is returned to us due to a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If your order is returned to us because:

  • The address was incomplete or incorrect
  • The delivery location could not be accessed
  • The parcel was not collected

You may choose to:

  • Receive a refund, or
  • Have the item re-sent

Both options are subject to a $10 postage and handling fee to cover shipping and administration costs.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order.

If the issue is caused by us, we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
